Turning soccer into a global status and becoming an industry makes green fields considered as an investment tool. Soccer, therefore, made it necessary to transform it into a transparent and fair area by moving away from mistakes as much as possible. In order to provide a standard management approach, the use of technology in football has been increasingly important in recent years. In this study, which technological equipment used by soccer referees both in Turkey and in the world, the periods when they were started to be used and the global dimensions of these equipment have been discussed. It has also been mentioned how these technological equipments used by the referees had positive contributions. In line with the results, it has been observed that this is this technology facilititat minimizes the margin of error. With the help of the technological tools used, it has been determined that there has been a serious decrease in the errors that affect the result. Therefore, it is seen that technology has become a must in soccer and soccer refereeing and it is recommended to be used in lower leagues.
