Bu çalışma iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde Rusçadan çevirisi yapılan makale hakkında kısa bir tanıtım yapılmaktadır. İkinci bölümde ise makalenin tam çevirisi yer almaktadır. Türkiye-Sovyet ilişkileri alanında çalışan akademisyen ve uzmanların adını bildiği, arşivlerde karşılarına çıkan ve sıklıkla görüşlerine başvurduğu önemli bir uzman olan İsrail Adolfoviç Genin’in (İ. A. Genin) Türkçeye çevrilen ilk eseridir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmelerdeki (KOBİ) işletme sahibi yöneticilerin yeşil dönüşümcü liderliğinin yeşil süreç inovasyonu üzerindeki rolünü incelemektir. Daha spesifik olarak, doğal kaynak temelli teori ve üst kademeler teorisini bir araya getiren bu çalışma, yeşil temel yeteneği, yeşil dönüşümcü liderliğin yeşil süreç inovasyonunu harekete geçirdiği önemli bir temel aracılık mekanizması olarak görmektedir.
