Draft Genome Sequence of Virgibacillus sp. Strain AGTR, Isolated from Hypersaline Lake Acigol in Turkey

Virgibacillus sp. strain AGTR, which is a haloalkaliphilic microorganism, was isolated from a sediment sample collected in hypersaline Lake Acıgöl in Turkey. It has the potential to produce biotechnologically essential proteases. Here, the whole-genome sequence and its annotations are reported.

Mutluluk korkusu (cherofobia) kavramı henüz çok yeni bir mefhum olduğundan literatür araştırıldığında mutluluk korkusu alanında çok fazla çalışma olmadığı görülmektedir. Bu alanda yapılan ilk çalışma Joshanloo’nun yaptığı araştırma ile gündeme gelmiştir. Yapılan çalışmalarda doğu kültürlerinde mutluluk korkusunun batı kültürüne göre daha çok öne çıktığı görülmüştür. Normalization of masseter VEMP and comparison with cervical VEMP in normal individuals

ObjectiveThe objective of this study is to obtain normative data of the masseter vestibular-evoked myogenic potential (mVEMP) test in healthy individuals without hearing loss and dizziness and to compare the responses with the cVEMP test.MethodsTwenty healthy individuals (10 males and 10 females) aged 20-30 years without auditory and vestibular disorders participated in the study. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between factors of two constructs, cognitive appraisal and coping style among Turkish athletes. Turkish athletes (N 325) completed a two-part inventory called the coping style in sport survey (CSSS), which consisted of the athletes' appraisal of a stressful event and how they coped with this stressor.
